The CRM will be responsible for engaging warm leads, nurturing prospective clients, and converting inbound enquiries into qualified appointments. The role plays a vital part in supporting business growth through exceptional relationship building, consistent follow‑up, and accurate CRM management. This is a fully office-based role. \n\nYour new role \nThe successful candidate will: \n\nReceive, prioritise, and respond to warm leads generated through marketing, referrals, and inbound channels.\nProactively contact prospective clients via phone, email, and messaging to understand their needs.\nConvert warm leads into booked appointments, consultations, or sales opportunities for advisors. \nFollow structured lead‑nurturing processes to maximise conversion rates.\nBuild rapport quickly and professionally with prospective clients to create trust and confidence.\nAsk discovery questions to assess suitability and align client needs with the service offering.\nMaintain regular communication and follow‑up to ensure a high-quality client experience from first contact.\nLog all interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes in the CRM system accurately and promptly.\nManage lead pipelines, ensuring no opportunity is missed or left un-contacted.\nTrack conversion metrics and lead progress.\nUse CRM insights to improve conversion performance and client engagement strategy.\nWork closely with the wider commercial, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless handover of booked appointments or new clients.\nProvide feedback on lead quality, trends, and client needs to support continuous improvement.\nContribute to the development of scripts, outreach strategies, and conversion processes.\nDemonstrate a proactive and ambitious approach to hitting and exceeding conversion targets.\nBring energy, resilience, and ownership to the role with a focus on progression.\nIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, automate touchpoints, and enhance client experience.What you'll need to succeed \n\nStrong communication skills with confidence speaking to people daily.\nConsultative approach with excellent questioning and listening skills.\nHighly organised, able to manage large volumes of leads and conversations.\nTarget-driven with a commercial mindset and a desire to achieve results.\nAbility to build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally.\nFamiliarity with CRM systems and lead‑tracking processes.\nSelf-motivated, ambitious, and eager to grow within the role.\nExperience in client relationship management, lead generation, inside sales, or customer success desirable.\nBackground in a client-facing, outbound calling, or warm‑lead conversion environment is advantageous.\nComfortable working to KPIs in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.\nStrong digital literacy, ideally including CRM or marketing automation tools.What you'll get in return \nSalary is £35,000 - £40,000 + bonus dependent on experience, excellent culture, office and working environment.
