    We're Hiring | Architect Location: Colchester, Essex Sector: Residential Masterplanning & Planning Design (STAGES 0-3) Due to continued growth, Libre Solutions is looking to recruit an Architect to join our rapidly expanding Design Team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a commercially focused, multi-disciplinary consultancy working alongside our Planning and Technical teams on residential developments ranging from small bespoke schemes through to large strategic masterplanning projects across the UK. The Role We're looking for a talented Architect with a passion for residential design and placemaking. The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing high-quality planning layouts, masterplans and supporting design documentation for both private and national housebuilders. Essential Experience • Extensive residential masterplanning experience., • Previous experience working with private and national housing developers., • Strong understanding of UK planning policy and residential design principles., • Ability to produce creative, commercially viable and policy-compliant layouts., • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills. Software Skills Applicants should be proficient in: • AutoCAD, • SketchUp (Trimble), • Adobe Photoshop, • Adobe InDesign, • Microsoft Office Experience with additional 3D visualisation software and graphic presentation packages would be advantageous.
