Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and physically capable Labourer to assist with a variety of construction tasks on-site. The ideal candidate will be motivated, willing to learn, and able to work well in a team environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist tradespeople and site supervisors with daily tasks Load, unload, and move materials and equipment Operate hand tools and basic power tools (under supervision) Prepare and clean up construction sites Follow safety protocols and maintain a tidy work environment Perform other general labour duties as required Get to site by themselves Requirements: Previous experience in construction or general labour (preferred but not required) Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy materials Basic knowledge of tools and equipment Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Commitment to workplace health and safety Benefits: Competitive hourly wage Opportunity for overtime Training and skill development provided Career growth opportunities within the company

    Location: Primarily home-based, with visits required to our office based in Crowborough Start Date: November 2025 (handover period) Contract: Fixed Term, 12 months (possible role may become permanent). Role Overview We are seeking an organised and proactive Office Manager to cover maternity leave. The role is mainly home-based and includes full handover training. Responsibilities • Answering calls and emails, acting as the first point of contact, • Organising engineers’ diaries and scheduling jobs, • Liaising with clients and suppliers, • Ordering materials and tracking deliveries, • Preparing and sending invoices, monitoring payments, and chasing debtors, • Maintaining records and compliance documentation, • Providing general administrative support to directors and the team Skills & Experience • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) – laptop provided, • Strong organisational and communication skills, • Previous office/administration experience preferred (knowledge of the construction/trades sector beneficial), • Ability to work independently with accuracy and attention to detail What We Offer • A supportive, family-run business with a history of long staff retention, • Primarily home-based role with occasional office days in Crowborough, • Laptop provided and full handover training with the current Office Manager 12-month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave, with the possibility of becoming a permanent position depending on the current Office Manager’s decision at the end of her leave
