Restaurant Manager We’re currently seeking a Restaurant Manager at our hub in Central Manchester, this role will be working in conjunction with the Chef Manager. Universal Square is a busy multi-tenant commercial building near Manchester Piccadilly Station. We are looking for a well organised and experienced Restaurant Manager to manage the day to day running of our restaurant.
