Key Responsibilities: Provide personal care and support with daily routines. Assist with meals, dressing, and hygiene in a respectful, person-centred way. Offer companionship, emotional safety, and gentle guidance. Support simple outings or home-based activities. Katie enjoys going out in the car, bus or train. She always enjoys time at home relaxing on her couch. Maintain consistency and clear communication with the wider care team and Katie’s family.
