Position Title: Chef De PartieDepartment: Kitchen Position Overview The Chef de Partie is responsible for managing a designated section of the kitchen and delivering high-quality dishes in line with hotel standards. The role supports the day-to-day food operation across the restaurant, bar, room service, and events while ensuring consistency, cleanliness, and efficiency within the kitchen team. The successful candidate will be passionate about food, organised during busy service periods, and capable of maintaining high standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
