Property Solicitor – Broadway An established, specialist law firm located in the heart of Broadway, Worcestershire, is looking to recruit a qualified Property Solicitor to join its friendly and close-knit legal team. This is a rare opportunity to work in a client-facing, advisory role focused on independent legal advice within the property finance sector. With on-site parking and a comfortable office in a detached building at the top of Broadway High Street, the setting offers both convenience and charm. About the Role: You will be responsible for delivering independent legal advice to clients involved in a wide range of property-related transactions. This includes: • Buy-to-let portfolio finance, • Bridging and development loans, • Directors’ guarantees and company lending, • TR1s (Transfer of Title), JBSPs (Joint Borrower Sole Proprietor), ID1s & ID5s You will work closely with a small but experienced team, including three Solicitors, two Trainee Lawyers and administrative support. All relevant training—particularly regarding lender requirements and documentation processes—is provided in-house. Key Responsibilities: • Provide clear, independent legal advice to clients in accordance with lender protocols, • Certify, witness and process legal documents in real time during appointments, • Use Zoom and basic IT tools to manage a steady schedule of virtual meetings, • Collaborate with the admin team to ensure smooth processing of paperwork, • Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, • Location: on-site parking, • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM with a one-hour lunch, • Support: Full training on internal systems and lender procedures The firm is seeking a Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with: • Experience in residential or commercial property law, • Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach, • Confidence using video conferencing and learning internal systems, • Reliability and a willingness to work full-time from the Broadway office For more information or to apply, please contact Rebecca Healey at G2 Legal. #INDMALN
