The incumbent will be responsible for technical quantification of claims and hands-on support to project-based QS staff. The role transforms site data into robust financial submissions to protect the company's legal entitlements. • Lead preparation and submission of monthly progress claims and detailed cost variations, • Coordinate with site teams to gather photographic evidence and site logs for EOT and Loss & Expense claims, • Provide technical guidance and support to project-based QS staff on measurement standards and claim procedures, • Support monitoring of project budgets and early identification of cost variances, • Assist in preparing commercial reports and financial updates for senior management, • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, • 5-10 years experience, preferably on large-scale infrastructure or complex building projects, • Strong knowledge of standard forms of contracts used in Singapore (PSSCOC, SIA), • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills; strong analytical ability, • Familiarity with ERP/PM systems (e.g. ACC) and Microsoft Office Suite, • Working Hours:Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.30pm, • Location:AMK #J-18808-Ljbffr
