Our lawyers have helped thousands to claim compensation following illness or accidents abroad in a wide range of circumstances, including road traffic accidents, food poisoning and gastric illness and accidents at sea.Our International Serious Injury Team in Manchester deals exclusively with serious injury claims with the added complexity of cross-border litigation. This is litigation of the most challenging nature and regularly involves making new law or pushing the boundaries of existing law as the cases concerned deal with complex issues of applicable law, liability and jurisdictional arguments.The International Serious Injury team acts exclusively for individuals who have sustained injuries as a result of accidents abroad, or foreign residents who are injured whilst visiting the UK.
