Key Responsibilities • Lead and motivate the back-of-house team to deliver high-quality, consistent food at speed., • Manage prep levels, ticket times, and service flow for smooth, efficient operation., • Train and develop team members to follow Sweet Jerk standards in quality, safety, and presentation., • Oversee daily stock checks, par levels, and deliveries, keeping waste low and efficiency high., • Ensure food-safety, SFBB logs, and hygiene standards are met at all times., • Support rota planning, shift cover, and clear communication with the front-of-house team., • Jump on the line when needed — lead by example and bring positive energy to every shift.
