The primary responsibilities for this role include managing client relationships, quoting for new jobs, overseeing project timelines and deliverables, ensuring effective communication between clients and internal teams, and coordinating production schedules for signage projects. The Signage Account Manager will also collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure high-quality outputs and adherence to client expectations. Qualifications • Experience in client relationship management, customer service, and building long-term partnerships, • Project management skills, including managing project timelines, deliverables, and multitasking, • Knowledge of signage production processes, installations, and understanding of large-format printing, • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail, • Proficiency in relevant software tools and applications, • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently, • Prior experience or knowledge in the event branding, signage, or related industries is a plus
