Key Skills and Experience Required: HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist with a strong clinical background. Proven experience in managing and leading occupational therapy services within a local authority or NHS setting. Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills. Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, frameworks, and policies in health and social care. Ability to drive service improvements, manage budgets, and navigate complex situations.
