Clinical Lead Nurse – Nursing & Residential Care Home – AV1905A Location: Rugby Hours: Full Time – 42 hours per week (50/50 supernumerary) Salary: £51,324 per annum Reference: AV1905A We are currently seeking an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join a well-established Nursing and Residential Care Home in Rugby. The service provides high-quality long-term and respite care, including specialist support for individuals living with dementia, within a comfortable and thoughtfully designed setting. This welcoming home has a long-standing history of delivering compassionate care within the local community, with roots dating back over a century. Now operating as a purpose-built service, it offers modern facilities including private, en-suite accommodation and attractive outdoor spaces for residents and their families. With approximately 30 beds, this smaller service offers a warm, person-centred environment, supported by a close-knit team and a strong, family-oriented ethos. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse looking to take the next step in their career or for an experienced Clinical Lead seeking a rewarding role where you can influence standards, support a team, and make a meaningful difference. As Clinical Lead, you will play a key role in overseeing the clinical operations of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care are consistently delivered.
