Boden Group are recruiting a Regional Facilities Manager on behalf of a leading service provider, supporting a prestigious FTSE 100 law firm account across a key UK and Ireland regional portfolio. \n \n This is a high-profile opportunity for a confident, service-led FM professional who can lead teams, drive standards and support the delivery of a premium workplace experience across multiple corporate sites. \n \n It would certainly suit someone from a customer service/hospitality background with FM experience. \n \n The role \n You will: \n\n • Lead regional FM delivery across Manchester, Leeds, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Dublin\n, • Manage and support five Facilities Managers across the portfolio\n, • Act as a senior regional lead and key support to the Account Director\n, • Oversee hard and soft services across a TFM contract\n, • Drive statutory compliance, audit readiness, PPM performance and risk management\n, • Use MI, KPIs and service data to improve operational performance\n, • Build strong relationships with the client, suppliers, contractors and internal teams\n, • Support a positive workplace experience, including guest services and workplace events\n, • Promote a strong culture around health, safety, service quality and team engagement\n\n \n What we are looking for \n You will bring: \n\n • Strong Facilities Management experience, ideally across a regional or multi-site portfolio\n, • Good all-round TFM knowledge, including hard and soft services\n, • Proven experience managing hard services compliance across multiple sites\n, • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence, coach and support FM teams\n, • A customer-focused, workplace experience mindset\n, • Commercial awareness, including budget, supplier and contractor management\n, • IOSH Managing Safely or a higher health and safety qualification\n, • Strong communication skills and the confidence to manage senior stakeholders\n\n \n Desirable experience \n\n • Corporate, professional services, legal or premium workplace environment\n, • CAFM experience, ideally Concept Evolution or similar\n, • Engineering and cleaning service knowledge\n, • P&L or large-budget management experience\n\n \n Why apply? \n\n • Join a major service provider on a prestigious law firm account\n, • Take ownership of a visible regional FM portfolio\n, • Operate as a senior support to the account leadership team\n, • Work across high-quality corporate environments\n, • Play a key role in service improvement, compliance and workplace experience\n\n \n Package: £55,000 to £65,000, Monday to Friday working hours and fully expensable travel across the regional portfolio.
