This is a highly rewarding opportunity to support a motivated and sociable individual as he continues to develop his independence and life skills. The role offers a great balance of structured support and community-based activities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships and working in dynamic environments. You will play a key role in supporting day-to-day planning, promoting independence, and providing emotional reassurance, while helping the client safely navigate daily routines and community engagement.
