    DPD Delivery Driver – Job Description We are looking for reliable, hardworking and motivated Delivery Drivers to join our team delivering parcels on behalf of DPD. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for collecting and delivering parcels safely and efficiently to customers across your allocated delivery area. You will provide excellent customer service while ensuring all deliveries are completed on time and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities • Safely load and organise parcels into your delivery vehicle., • Complete daily parcel deliveries efficiently and within scheduled timeframes., • Use a handheld device/scanner to manage deliveries and obtain proof of delivery., • Provide friendly and professional customer service., • Follow all road safety, company and DPD procedures., • Carry out vehicle checks and report any faults or issues., • Handle parcels carefully and responsibly., • Manage your delivery route effectively and work independently., • Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times. Requirements • Full UK driving licence., • Previous delivery or driving experience is preferred but not essential., • Good knowledge of local roads and navigation., • Reliable, punctual and hardworking., • Good communication and customer service skills., • Able to work independently and manage time effectively., • Physically fit and comfortable handling parcels., • A positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
