Job Title: Packaging Operator Location: Hatfield, UK Company: Leading Global CDMO We are connecting with a leading Contract Development and Manufacturing Organisation (CDMO) dedicated to supporting the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Their Hatfield facility plays a key role in delivering high-quality products that improve patient lives worldwide. The Role As a Package Operator, you will be responsible for the efficient and compliant operation of packaging equipment, ensuring products are packaged to the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced GMP-regulated environment, offering the opportunity to develop your skills within a global pharmaceutical organisation. Key Responsibilities • Operate, monitor, and maintain packaging equipment in line with SOPs and GMP requirements., • Carry out line clearance, changeovers, and equipment cleaning to ensure smooth production flow., • Complete accurate documentation of all packaging activities., • Support quality checks to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards., • Contribute to a safe and clean working environment, reporting any issues promptly., • Collaborate with colleagues across Production and Quality to meet output targets. Requirements • Previous experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or FMCG packaging operations preferred (training will be provided)., • Understanding of GMP and health & safety standards (advantageous)., • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures precisely., • Good communication and teamwork skills., • Flexibility to work shifts if required.
