This role requires strong leadership, operational oversight, and excellent customer service skills to ensure smooth running of the store, staff performance, product quality, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the takeaway shop, ensuring timely and accurate food preparation and delivery. Manage stock levels, order supplies, and ensure proper inventory control to avoid shortages or wastage. Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently maintained in accordance with food safety regulations. Handle any on-site issues with equipment, supplies, or service, escalating as required. Staff Management: Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule staff including kitchen crew, delivery drivers, and front-of-house employees. Provide leadership, motivation, and support to the team to maintain high morale and productivity. Monitor staff performance and implement disciplinary measures or performance improvement plans where necessary.
