The role is ideal for people who enjoy helping customers, are reliable and professional, and can work flexibly across different shift patterns. Key Responsibilities • Provide excellent customer service to Elizabeth Line passengers., • Assist customers with journey information, directions and general enquiries., • Support passengers who require additional assistance., • Provide a welcoming and professional presence at the station., • Assist with managing busy passenger flows when required., • Report incidents, faults or customer concerns to the appropriate team., • Work closely with station and operational colleagues., • Follow all station, safety and customer service procedures. Shift Requirements Due to the operating hours of the Elizabeth Line, flexibility is essential. • Early morning shifts from approximately 05:25, particularly at Custom House and Canary Wharf., • Late shifts finishing as late as approximately 00:39., • Weekend availability is required, particularly Saturdays and Sundays., • Candidates must be able to reliably travel to and from the station for early morning and late-night shifts., • Flexible availability across different days and shift patterns is highly desirable.
