    Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Carer to provide essential support to individuals in their own homes. The successful candidate will play a vital role in assisting clients with daily activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Duties • Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, • Support with mobility and transfer assistance to promote independence, • Help with household chores including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation, • Administer medication as per care plans and ensure adherence to prescribed routines, • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, • Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns to supervisors, • Drive clients to appointments or social activities as required, • Follow care plans meticulously to meet individual needs and preferences, • Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery Qualifications • Previous experience working in a care home or home care setting is desirable but not essential; training will be provided, • Valid driving licence and ability to drive safely are preferred, • Good understanding of care plans and ability to adapt support accordingly, • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, • Basic IT skills for maintaining documentation and reporting incidents accurately, • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients, • Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to help others, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team This role offers a rewarding career path for individuals committed to providing high-quality care. We're partnering with a rapidly growing talent solutions business that's expanding its Embedded Talent function, supporting some of the UK's most innovative Defence and Deep Tech organisations. This is an opportunity to move away from traditional agency recruitment and become a genuine Talent Partner, embedded within client teams, delivering strategic hiring projects across cutting-edge technology programmes. The Opportunity You'll work as an extension of your client's internal Talent Acquisition team, partnering directly with hiring managers to deliver complex technology recruitment across Defence and National Security. You'll recruit across disciplines including: • Software Engineering, • Embedded Software, • Electronics & Hardware, • Cyber Security, • Cloud & Infrastructure, • AI & Machine Learning, • Data Engineering & Data Science, • DevOps & Platform Engineering, • Systems Engineering, • Technical Architecture This is a delivery-focused role, allowing you to concentrate on hiring exceptional talent without the pressure of cold business development or sales targets. We're Looking For • Agency recruiters with recent experience recruiting technology professionals into Defence, National Security or Aerospace., • Delivery Consultants, Talent Partners, Embedded Recruiters or experienced 360 Recruiters looking to move into a delivery-first environment., • Strong experience recruiting for technical positions across software, engineering, cyber or cloud., • Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to operate as a trusted recruitment partner., • Experience working with security-cleared recruitment or highly regulated environments would be highly advantageous. What You'll Be Doing • Delivering embedded recruitment solutions within Defence technology organisations., • Managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple technical disciplines., • Building strong relationships with hiring managers and technical stakeholders., • Driving outstanding candidate experience and hiring quality., • Supporting strategic hiring projects and business growth., • Acting as a trusted extension of each client's internal Talent Acquisition function.
