You will have: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care GCSE‑level education (or equivalent) A minimum of 2 years’ previous experience in a care or support role A caring, patient and professional approach Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently Reliability, integrity and a commitment to high standards Willingness to undertake further training and development A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is advantageous due to travel between client homes.
