You must be able to read and understand Engineers drawings, have a good commercial underststanding, also be able to plan and co-ordinate the various trades and sub-contractors, ensuring conflicts are minimised, whilst planning ahead to organise plant, labour and materials in time. Strong written and oral communication skills are needed, with IT reporting standard practice on all the sites. Your background will clearly demonstrate long periods of continuous permanent employment with the same employer.
