Personal Injury Litigator is required by a dynamic, fast paced and well established, multi-service Law firm in Blackburn, Lancashire. The successful Personal Injury Litigator will have at least 5 years’ experience as a Litigator. You will have strong interpersonal skills & case management system experience along with having the ability to manage your own workload effectively. This is a terrific opportunity for somebody looking to progress their career as an RTA Litigator. The Role & Requirements: You will handle a Caseload of 50-60 files, which will predominately be RTA. Excellent communication and time management skills. The ability to build and nurture strong relationships with clients. It is essential that you possess minimum 5 years’ Litigation experience. You will quantify damages, prepare client statements and identify and prepare cases for litigation. Handling files by way of obtaining medical reports, liaising with clients, disclosing reports and attempting to reach settlement or issuing cases in line with company expectations.
