Personal Injury Litigator is required by a dynamic, fast paced and well established, multi-service Law firm in Blackburn, Lancashire. The successful Personal Injury Litigator will have at least 5 years’ experience as a Litigator. You will have strong interpersonal skills & case management system experience along with having the ability to manage your own workload effectively. Responsibilities will involve handling a varied case load of pre-litigation NIHL work. Some supervision may also be required, however you will be overseen by the departmental Solicitors. Duties and Responsibilities Proactively working to settle claims on favourable terms for the client within M&S Law's operational policy and the relevant guidelines.
