Primary Objective We are looking for an experienced Senior People & Culture Manager to lead our People agenda across Europe (UK, France, Italy, Ireland, and Switzerland). Acting as a strategic partner to business leaders, including the European Senior Leadership Team; and a trusted advisor to employees, you will play a key role in shaping workplace culture, driving engagement, and ensuring that our People practices support both business growth and employee wellbeing. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with deep knowledge of European employment practices and a passion for creating an inclusive, high-performance environment. You will also have line management responsibility for 5 direct reports across different functions and geographies, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities. Position Responsibilities • Partner with the local P&C Managers and country Managers across Europe to align People & Culture strategies in line with overall business objectives., • Act as a trusted advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development., • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5 direct reports located across multiple countries and functions., • Foster a collaborative team culture, ensuring alignment with regional and global People & Culture priorities., • Provide mentoring and professional growth opportunities to team members., • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across the UK, France, Italy, Ireland, and Switzerland., • Manage sensitive employee relations cases, guiding managers through best practices and risk mitigation., • Support recruitment and onboarding strategies., • Drive performance management cycles, ensuring clarity, fairness, and growth opportunities., • Develop succession planning and career development frameworks for key roles., • Champion company values and foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace culture., • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives that enhance collaboration, motivation, and retention., • Conduct regular engagement surveys, analyze insights, and deliver action plans., • Oversee and benchmark compensation and benefits to ensure competitiveness and fairness., • Own the People Costs for the region, and be able to manage this at a country and regional level., • Collaborate with global P&C to implement regionally relevant rewards and recognition programs., • Work with the Europe Managing Director to lead and support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication., • Manage and deliver regional and global People projects (e.g., HRIS improvements, DE&I programs, leadership development). Qualifications & Experience • Proven experience (8+ years) in HR / People & Culture roles, with at least 3 years in a senior or regional capacity., • Strong understanding of employment law and HR practices across multiple European countries (UK, France, Italy, Ireland, and Switzerland preferred)., • Experience managing a distributed team across different functions and geographies., • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously., • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (CIPD or equivalent certification desirable)., • Self-starter who thrives in team environment and autonomous working, • Able to effectively influence, negotiate with internal and external stakeholders, • Creative and unorthodox thinker, able to push projects forward in an unstructured environment, • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills., • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment., • Strong relationship building skills, including the ability to work with all functions and teams, • Genuine ambition to succeed, • Resilient personality with a strong work ethic, • Highly organized and able to prioritize workload effectively, • Logical and proactive in their approach to work, • Acts with confidence and poise, • Self-motivated with a growth mindset, • Results driven Benefits: • Hybrid working with 3 days a week in the office., • Note: Our current Office days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
