We are looking for our next Gold Hunter to manage our elegantly designed boutique, located right in the heart of the town. Your mission: to grow sales and enhance GoldUnion’s presence in your local area. We’ll count on your personal qualities and provide you with our expert training and support. Your main responsibilities: Manage and operate your agency independently. Assess and purchase precious metals from individual clients. Ensure smooth operations and excellent presentation of your branch using your interpersonal and negotiation skills. Comply with all relevant laws and regulations. Increase sales through a pre-defined marketing strategy in collaboration with your regional manager. Recruit and supervise a small local team distributing leaflets and promotional material. A passion for commercial negotiation. Willingness to travel occasionally using your personal vehicle (approx. 5–6 home visits per year). Availability Tuesday to Saturday: 9:30AM–1:30PM / 2:30PM–6:00PM. What we offer: Attractive pay: base salary + uncapped commission based on branch profit. Average net monthly salary: £3,120. Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure consistent product quality and freshness. Measure and mix ingredients accurately using proper baking techniques. Monitor baking processes and adjust oven temperatures and baking times as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area in accordance with health and safety regulations. Keep inventory of baking supplies and inform management of stock levels. Assist with developing new recipes or seasonal specials, if applicable. Package and label products for sale or delivery.
