Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It You are the pulse of our hub, the person everyone knows, and the ultimate connector for our members. Your main focus is to build an active, buzzing community where people genuinely feel like they belong, whether they are hanging out in person or chatting on our app. You will spend your days right where the action is, hanging out on the floor, listening to feedback, and bringing people together based on shared passions. Together with your team of Members Hosts, you will turn our space into a home and keep our members excited to stay with us. This is not a predictable desk job or a standard Monday to Friday gig, so you will flex your schedule to be there when our community needs you most. If you love people, thrive on good energy, and want to help shape the future of hybrid hospitality, we want to meet you. In Case You Don't Know Who We Are Known for being the rule breakers in hospitality, TSH is a fun, creative and inspiring environment where everyone can work, stay, learn and play and most importantly - be themselves. As an employer we look, act and think like a hotel, but instead we offer a lot more. Think student accommodation, long and short stay options, gyms, talks, events, rooftop bar and eat & drink escapes as well as community and coworking spaces. Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, and the UK, with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going global. What You'll Do Connect with members every single day to keep them engaged, happy, and loyal to the hub. Introduce members to each other and spark conversations both offline and via our dedicated community app. Lead and inspire a local team of Membership Hosts to deliver an amazing daily experience. Host local member committees to gather fresh ideas and act as your community advisory board. Run global programs and events that bring our partners and members closer together. Look at feedback and community trends to constantly upgrade how we do things. Handle tough conversations and resolve community issues calmly and smoothly. What You'll Have: You bring an outgoing, confident personality and you are completely comfortable speaking in front of a crowd. You have a natural ability to build meaningful relationships and you are a great listener. You bring a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset and prefer being on your feet over sitting at a desk. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills across different teams. You bring a cool head under pressure and always focus on finding positive solutions. You have total flexibility to work evenings and weekends when our community is buzzing. Fluent in English. Other languages are a bonus What We Offer The opportunity to work at a dynamic, multi-national company. Not just another hotel - we're a game changing innovator, challenging every convention and defining the future The opportunity to work for a Certified B Corp® company that balances profit with positive impact, collaborating with organisations like Movement on the Ground and the TSH Talent Foundation to create meaningful change The chance to learn and grow in your role with the potential for future growth Awesome discounts in all our properties in Europe and not just for you, but also for your friends and family! A wonderful workplace to call home, full of events, fun colleagues and all the other amazing salary/benefits stuff As a proud B-Corp, we believe in equal pay for equal work. That’s why we make our best and fairest offer right from the start, based objectively on the role, your assessed proficiency, and our salary framework. Because we apply this standard to everyone, our salary offers are final. Because fairness shouldn’t depend on who negotiates best. Who you are, is how we want you to be. To us, hybrid hospitality goes across the board, from how we service our guests to how we represent ourselves. Here, everyone belongs, and we welcome people no matter their nationality, gender, age, sexual orientation, religion or culture. Your authenticity keeps our team diverse. Come as you are. At The Social Hub, we believe pay should be fair and consistent. That's why we carefully determine your starting salary based on the role, your assessed proficiency, and our salary framework. We make our best and fairest offer upfront, so we don't negotiate salaries. Because fairness shouldn’t depend on who negotiates best.
