Some students are non-verbal and require support with communication, learning, social interaction and emotional regulation. \n You will provide small-group and individual support, helping students access their learning and feel confident within the school environment. \n Some students can become disregulated, so the successful Teaching Assistant will need to be calm, patient and confident supporting children through challenging moments. \n You don't need to have experience with every aspect of SEN, but experience working with ASD, SLD, complex needs or challenging behaviour would be highly desirable.
