What we're looking for • Strong understanding of statistical techniques for insurance risk pricing and claims cost modelling., • Degree in mathematics, computer science or related discipline (2:1 or equivalent)., • Technical capability across pricing analytics and modelling tools (Python, SQL, Databricks or similar desirable)., • Ability to grasp complex technical issues relating to pricing, underwriting, claims and financial analysis., • Proven ability to plan and prioritise work for yourself and others, with a continuous appetite to learn., • Strong communication and influencing skills, able to engage stakeholders both within and outside the pricing team., • Comfortable working under pressure and to strict deadlines while maintaining accuracy., • Previous experience in insurance pricing is desirable but not essential. This role is designed for someone who wants to build deep credit judgement, advanced financial modelling capability and strong commercial insight early in their career. As an Analyst, you will develop a rigorous understanding of venture debt underwriting while supporting the execution and monitoring of investments across our portfolio. Your analysis will directly inform investment decisions, and you will contribute meaningfully to discussions alongside senior team members from an early stage.
