As a Registered Manager, you will support young people in the many different aspects of daily life within our homes including: • Manage a warm and friendly home that is a safe and supportive environment for our children and young people to achieve positive outcomes authentic to them, • Ensure compliance with the Children's Homes Regulations and deliver high-quality care., • Lead and inspire a motivated team, providing guidance and support., • Manage budgets, resources, and the home environment., • Safeguard young people and liaise with professionals to achieve positive outcomes., • Drive continuous improvement and ensure the home's statement of purpose is fulfilled.
