About the Role: Are you a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer looking for a role where you can genuinely make an impact over a busy seasonal period? We are recruiting for an experienced engineer to join a growing and investment-focused manufacturing site in Ledbury on a fixed-term basis to support peak operations. This is a pivotal engineering position within a fast-paced FMCG environment, offering hands-on involvement across breakdown response, preventative maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives during a critical production period. Working across electrical, mechanical and PLC-controlled equipment, you will play a key role in maintaining production reliability and driving operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: • Provide reactive breakdown support and deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM/TPM), • Fault-find and maintain electrical, mechanical and PLC-controlled machinery, • Support site services including pneumatics, water and steam systems, • Work closely with production teams during peak seasonal operations, • Accurately complete maintenance documentation and reporting via SAP, • Contribute to risk assessments, continuous improvement initiatives and site projects, • Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety and product quality, • Assist with engineering upgrades, installations and improvement worksSkills & Requirements:, • Time-served or qualified Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong fault-finding ability, • Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment, • Strong team player with good communication skills, • Computer literate (SAP experience advantageous), • IOSH or safety training desirableEducation & Experience:, • A-Level or equivalent qualification (essential), • NVQ Level 3 in Engineering (minimum requirement), • PLC fault-finding experience desirable, • Ideally 3+ years experience within manufacturing, FMCG or food/beverage production, • Experience working rotating 12-hour shift patternsPay & Benefits:, • £48,000 £53,000 per annum (pro rata for contract duration, dependent on experience), • Full-time, fixed-term contract (summer seasonal role), • Overtime opportunities may be available JBRP1_UKTJ
