If you see the world through a lens and notice the details others might walk past you could be the storyteller were looking for. The role: As our Videographer you wont just film - youlltell. Were seeking a creative technically capable videographer with a strong eye for storytelling. Youll work across our diverse portfolio travelling to capture the people places and moments that define our brand. Youll work closely with our Social Lead within our Marketing team to produce high-quality story-led video content that resonates across multiple channels. From social media to digital campaigns internal communications and brand films. Your work will play a key role in showcasing our people places and experiences in an authentic engaging way. We value the fundamentals; sharp well-lit footage and clean sound - but equally we value the ability to see and shape a story. Key Responsibilities • Plan shoot and edit high-quality video content for social media websites campaigns and internal platforms - understanding how and why edits should differ between channels., • Work with the marketing team to develop storyboards shot lists and creative concepts that align with brand values., • Travel independently to properties across the UK adapting to each venues style and character., • Manage all aspects of production - from lighting and sound to composition and post-production., • Direct and support talent (chefs spa therapists innkeepers) so they feel confident and authentic on camera., • Organise and maintain video asset libraries for easy access and long-term use., • Has solid technical experience with full-frame cameras lighting setups and sound capture., • Is confident in post-production (Final Cut Pro preferred or Premiere Pro)., • Brings a cinematic eye to brand storytelling - your footage looks campaign-ready., • Can confidently work independently on location and be an integral part of a team/crew when needed., • Is friendly approachable and able to put people at ease in front of the camera., • Finds beauty in everyday moments and knows how to translate them into moving visuals., • Is open to flexible working hours when the best light or most meaningful moments are outside the 9-5., • Access to high-quality equipment - no need to bring your own., • Regular travel to varied and inspiring locations., • Creative input in shaping our visual storytelling., • A supportive team environment with opportunities to grow your skills., • Competitive pay and travel/accommodation covered when working away from home., • Health cash plan with access to discounted perks, • 33 days annual leave, • Employee Assistance Programme, • Enhanced maternity and paternity pay, • Apprenticeships available, • Discounted accommodation food and drink in our beautiful properties across the country, • Pension & Life assurance with access to high street discounts, • A short note on why this role is for you (no ChatGPT please - we wantyour voice)., • A link to your reel or portfolio.
