The company are open to candidates with a strong administration background as full training is provided. If you feel you have the relevant skills and experience, then please apply for an immediate response!\n\nThe Role you will be doing;\n\n * Process purchase orders from requisition to approval, ensuring accuracy of pricing, quantities, and supplier details.\n\n * Maintain supplier records, including contact details, pricing lists, contracts, and performance notes.\n\n * Track and expedite orders, following up with suppliers to resolve delays, shortages, or discrepancies.\n\n * Support procurement reporting, preparing reports, KPI , and audit documentation.\n\n * Manage invoice queries, matching invoices to POs and delivery notes, and liaising with finance to resolve issues.\n\n * Assist with supplier onboarding, collecting compliance documents and ensuring adherence to company policies.\n\n * Monitor stock levels (if applicable) and raise replenishment orders in line with inventory thresholds.\n\n * Coordinate internal requests, ensuring departments receive timely updates on order status.\n\n * General administrative support, including filing, document control, and maintaining procurement databases.\n\n * You will be working Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm (40hrs per week)\n\nAbout You:\n\n * Attention to detail for accurate data entry and document checking.\n\n * Strong communication skills for dealing with suppliers and internal teams.\n\n * Organisation and time management, especially when handling multiple orders simultaneously.\n\n * Numeracy and analytical ability to check pricing, compare quotes, and support reporting.\n\n * IT proficiency, especially in Excel, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics), and procurement platforms.\n\n * Problem-solving mindset to resolve delivery issues, discrepancies, and supplier queries.\n\n * Teamwork with procurement, finance, Dispatch, and operations teams\n\n * Experience in purchasing, procurement, and supply chain is preferred, but not essential
