Our client is looking for a highly organised, proactive Business Manager to strengthen their operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a varied workload across administration, operations, and basic HR support. Key Responsibilities: • Managing suppliers, stock ordering and project documentation, • Coordinating customer site visits and installation schedules, • Handling incoming customer queries and support requests, • Overseeing office Health & Safety compliance, • Managing invoicing, payments and credit control, • Scheduling meetings, taking minutes and supporting internal communication, • Assisting with HR duties including onboarding and staff documentation, • Organising company events, travel and logistics, • Managing SLAs, renewals and general project coordination Ideal Background: • 3+ years in a senior administrative or business support role, • Confident liaising with clients, board members and senior leadership, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Proactive, solutions-focused and able to work independently, • Experience with Pipedrive and QuickBooks is highly desirable, • Knowledge of office-based H&S is an advantage Benefits Include: • Company pension, • Flexitime + work-from-home options, • Free on-site parking, • Company events & mentoring programme
