What you’ll do: • Answer or return customer and business calls, • Respond to general questions about True Observer and our services, • Explain basic information about our review and observation process, • Take accurate notes, contact details and reference numbers, • Record relevant information provided by callers, • Identify what the caller needs and direct the enquiry to the correct person, • Arrange follow-up where necessary, • Follow our customer service, privacy and call-handling procedures You won’t be expected to know the answer to everything. Some conversations may involve complaints or sensitive topics, so being able to listen carefully and remain professional is important. The position is designed to be flexible and can fit around studies, another job or other commitments.
