Overview As Head of Delivery & Operations, you will be responsible for leading the consultancy’s global delivery organisation across the UK, Europe, India, and the Middle East. Reporting to the Director, Digital Core, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our delivery capability is consistent, efficient, and future-ready. Operating under the strategic direction of the Director, Digital Core, you will take ownership of day-to-day global delivery performance, resource management, and operational frameworks. You will be a key member of the leadership team, ensuring that our delivery consultants worldwide are aligned, empowered, and equipped to deliver exceptional SAP transformation outcomes for clients. Role and Responsibilities • Global Delivery Leadership Lead and manage delivery consultants across multiple regions (UK, Europe, India, Middle East), ensuring global alignment, quality, and collaboration across diverse teams., • Execution of the Digital Core Agenda Translate the strategic direction set by the Director, Digital Core into effective delivery operations and programme execution, ensuring consistent client and project outcomes., • Programme Oversight & Assurance Provide delivery assurance across SAP transformation programmes, ensuring they are delivered to time, budget, and quality expectations. Act as an escalation point for regional delivery challenges., • Operational Governance & Standards Implement and oversee global delivery frameworks, governance processes, and performance metrics that ensure predictability, scalability, and operational discipline., • Client & Stakeholder Engagement Represent the delivery function with professionalism and credibility, engaging with client programme leaders and internal stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and trust., • Global Workforce Planning Drive effective resource allocation and utilisation across global teams, balancing onshore, nearshore, and offshore models to maximise value and efficiency. • Commercial Awareness Contribute to commercial success by ensuring effective contract governance, cost control, and margin optimisation within delivery., • Talent Development Coach, mentor, and develop regional delivery leads, building capability and consistency across geographies, while fostering a high-performance culture., • Innovation & Continuous Improvement Introduce new delivery practices, accelerators, and technologies to strengthen our SAP delivery model in line with industry and client needs. Qualifications/Experience • SAP Delivery Expertise: 10+ years in delivery leadership roles within SAP consultancies or system integrators, with proven experience managing complex SAP programmes. • Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success in managing global delivery teams across UK, Europe, India, and the Middle East., • Reporting Line Experience: Comfortable operating within a leadership team, reporting to a Director or equivalent, and accountable for delivery performance at scale., • Operational Discipline: Strong background in building delivery frameworks, governance models, and KPIs to manage large-scale operations., • Client-Facing Gravitas: Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with credibility in front of clients at programme and executive levels., • Commercial Awareness: Experience contributing to P&L performance, with strong contract and financial governance skills., • SAP Knowledge: Deep familiarity with SAP’s current and emerging portfolio (S/4HANA, SAP Business Suite, BTP, Cloud, Joule) and its implications for clients., • Cultural Fluency: Skilled at uniting global teams and working across diverse geographies and business cultures
