    Company Overview We are recruiting experienced Door-to-Door Appointment Setters to book in-home appointments on behalf of Anglian Home Improvements, a nationally recognised home improvement company established in 1966. Anglian currently generates approximately £20.5 million in weekly turnover nationwide and operates at scale across the UK. Role Overview This role focuses exclusively on booking qualified appointments with homeowners. You will conduct door-to-door outreach, pitch Anglian Home Improvements’ products and services, and register appointments and outcomes using a dedicated mobile app. Commission is paid on all pitched leads, regardless of whether a sale is ultimately made. Key Responsibilities • Conduct door-to-door canvassing in assigned areas, • Pitch Anglian Home Improvements’ products and services to homeowners, • Book qualified in-home appointments, • Accurately log appointments and outcomes using the company app, • Consistently meet or exceed appointment-setting targets, • Maintain professional conduct and brand representation at all times Required Experience & Skills • Proven door-to-door canvassing or appointment-setting experience (essential), • Demonstrated track record of consistently delivering results, • Strong communication and persuasion skills, • Confidence working in face-to-face sales environments, • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, • Comfortable working to performance targets and commission-based pay Compensation Structure • Commission paid on every pitched lead, regardless of sales outcome, • Clear, performance-based earnings structure, • Additional earning potential through progression Career Progression We are seeking individuals who can deliver results on a consistent basis and are motivated to grow within the organisation.
