To make sure that the customers are aware of all charges and all chargeable events are notified and billed accurately. Work closely with Finance to ensure timely payments and resolution of queries as they arise Monitor and report on stock levels on a daily basis Arrange customs clearance for all units purchased Update stocks & tariffs on identified marketplaces Support the development of digital presence of CCIS UK, boosting visibility of the brand and services Develop knowledge of Europe global containers sales market and be available to assist on these markets as and when required. To issue to all internal and external sales staff all freight tariffs / rate sheets / surcharges and amendments as guided by CCIS Europe cluster WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
