An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Office Manager to join a long-established and highly respected professional services organisation with multiple offices across the Teesside area. \n Your responsibilities will include: \n\n • Leading all aspects of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and staff development\n, • Managing the day-to-day operations of multiple office locations\n, • Overseeing office management, facilities, supplier relationships and service providers, including IT and telecommunications\n, • Developing and improving operational systems, processes and administrative functions\n, • Supporting compliance, governance and risk management activities\n, • Working closely with senior leadership to drive continuous improvement and business performance\n\n The successful candidate will have: \n\n • A degree or equivalent professional qualification\n, • A legal background or previous experience working within a law firm or legal environment\n, • Strong knowledge of HR practices, compliance and operational management\n, • The ability to manage multiple priorities across several office locations\n, • A solutions-focused approach with excellent problem-solving abilities\n, • A professional, confident and approachable management style\n\n What's on Offer \n\n • Salary of £40,000–£50,000 depending on experience\n, • 35-hour working week.\n, • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays\n, • Birthday leave\n, • Additional leave over the Christmas period\n, • Healthcare package\n, • Employee discount scheme\n
