Family Law Solicitor Salary: Circa £40,000 DOE Hours: Mon Fri, 9am5pm (part-time/flexible working considered) The Role Our client is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Law Solicitor to join their growing team. This role involves managing a varied caseload of private family matters, including financial remedy and child arrangements, as well as cohabitation, separation, and pre/post-nuptial agreements. The ideal candidate will have strong client care skills, sound procedural knowledge, and the ability to manage cases from instruction to conclusion with minimal supervision. Criminal Duty Solicitor - Stafford Salary: £45,000 £55,000 DOE Hours: Mon -Fri, 9am5pm (part-time/flexible considered) The Role Our client, a respected criminal law firm in Stafford, is seeking a Criminal Duty Solicitor to join their team. You will manage your own caseload, representing clients at police stations, Magistrates Courts, and assisting in Crown Court matters. The firm values proactive client care, strong advocacy, and excellent organisation. Duty accreditation is essential. Key Responsibilities Represent clients at police stations, Magistrates Courts, and assist in Crown Court matters. Attend duty appointments and provide advice and representation to legal aid and private clients. Prepare and manage criminal case files from instruction to conclusion. Draft legal documents, correspondence, and case summaries. Provide practical legal advice to clients across a range of criminal law matters.
