ROLE PURPOSE Lead the marketing, digital and medical education team to develop and implement the strategic and operational marketing plans for Merz Aesthetics in the UK and Ireland. Provide insights, knowledge, guidance and facilitate the development and implementation of sustainable and compliant short and long-term plans to meet the company’s commercial objectives. Deliver in collaboration with appropriate internal and external stakeholders. This role will be required to understand key performance metrics and tracking tools for market research, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends, and translate results into actionable insights for marketing team.
