Key Account Manager | Construction Products | Contractors | Hybrid | £65K + Car + Bonus Worcester (Hybrid – Office + Field) £55,000–£65,000 + Bonus + Company Car + Private Healthcare + Benefits The Opportunity We’re hiring a Key Account Manager for a leading international manufacturer of construction products, supporting continued UK growth. This role is ideal for someone who excels at developing contractor relationships, growing key accounts, and influencing senior decision-makers across complex projects. The Role • Manage and grow key accounts across the UK, • Develop relationships with main & specialist contractors, • Drive account growth, repeat business, and project pipelines, • Work closely with internal sales and marketing teams on account strategy, • Engage with stakeholders across roofing, façade, brickwork, modular, fenestration & drylining sectors, • Split time between field-based client relationship building and office based team collaboration About You • Proven experience in construction sales / building materials / construction products, • Strong background in account management, key accounts, or business development, • Track record of growing accounts and increasing spend, • Confident in face-to-face sales and stakeholder management, • Experience selling into contractors, subcontractors, or construction projects, • Commercially driven, relationship-focused, and proactive The Package • £55,000–£65,000 basic salary, • Quarterly bonus, • Company car, • Private healthcare, • 23 days holiday + bank holidays + birthday off, • Pension, • Clear career progression The Company A well-established, international manufacturer with a strong reputation in the construction sector, offering long-term stability, investment, and career development
