Education and Qualifications: Minimum HND in a mechanical or manufacturing discipline. Significant CAD experience (SolidWorks preferred). Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Statistical Process Control training advantageous. Higher qualifications considered where relevant experience is demonstrated. Skills and Personal Qualities: Strong communication skills, able to explain technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
