You will also provide assistance to senior members of staff in both client work and in the management of the group, as appropriate. We’re looking for someone with: * Ability to advise on the tax treatment of share options and other forms of employee share ownership * An in depth knowledge of EMI, ESS and knowledge of reward tax and related areas such as employment, NIC and capital gains tax etc * Expertise on split interest, freezer and nil paid arrangements * Experience in the preparation of share valuations and liaison with HMRC * Staff management and mentoring experience * Awareness of accounting, employment law and company law implications of share incentives * Experience of dealing direct with clients including agreement of fees * Educated to degree level (LLB preferred), and/or CTA and/or ATT/ACA qualified or equivalent You’ll be able to be yourself; we’ll recognise and value you for who you are and celebrate and reward your contributions to the business.
