Housing Management Litigation Solicitor (0-5 PQE) – London Location: London (Hybrid working ) Salary: £50,000+ We are working in partnership with a leading London-based law firm to recruit an experienced Housing Management Litigation Solicitor (0-5 PQE) to join their expanding Housing Management Department. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with a highly regarded Partner and contribute to a thriving, well-established practice recognised for delivering first-class legal services. The Firm Our client is a leading regional law firm known for providing exceptional, tailored legal advice across multiple practice areas. The Housing Management team is well-respected for advising housing associations, landlords, and property managers on a full range of contentious and non-contentious housing matters. The Role This role offers the opportunity to manage a varied and busy caseload of housing management and leasehold matters while working alongside an experienced team of specialists. Key responsibilities include: • Managing your own caseload of housing management litigation, including leasehold and tenancy issues., • Advising and representing clients in possession claims, disrepair matters, injunctions, and breach of tenancy cases., • Supporting senior solicitors on complex and large-scale matters., • Supervising and mentoring junior team members as required., • Undertaking advocacy where appropriate., • Contributing to business development, marketing, and client training initiatives., • Managing billing, cash flow, and financial control of your matters., • Maintaining compliance with firm procedures and confidentiality standards. This position offers hybrid working, with flexibility to work remotely and attend the Bromley office as needed. Key Requirements • 0-5 years’ PQE in housing management/Litigation., • Experience gained within a reputable UK law firm or in-house housing team., • Strong technical knowledge of housing law and procedure., • Excellent client care, communication, and negotiation skills., • Ability to manage a busy caseload independently and meet deadlines., • Commercially aware, proactive, and solution-driven., • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with familiarity with case management systems.
