The Opportunity We’re looking for a driven Landscaping Project Manager to lead projects delivered through third-party contractors, supporting and complementing our in-house landscaping teams. This role is key to building out our external delivery capacity, and we’re seeking someone who brings not just technical project management ability, but a commercial mindset and strong industry network. You’ll join the senior team, contributing to long-term strategic growth and sharing in our success. You could come from a range of backgrounds, either as a landscape site manager, as a landscape designer with project management expertise, or from a more commercial role- what is important is a can-do attitude, the ability to take ownership for problem solving, and to be a self starter What You’ll Be Doing • Overseeing all landscaping projects delivered by subcontractors, • Managing timelines, budgets, site logistics and programme milestones, • Selecting and managing contractors with a sharp eye for quality and delivery, • Acting as the point of contact for clients, contractors, consultants and suppliers, • Working closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery, • Helping to shape and grow a new business unit within the company What We’re Looking For • Significant hands-on experience project managing high-end landscaping or garden projects, • A proven track record in programme management, budgeting, and delivery, • Confidence in selecting, briefing and overseeing third-party contractors, • Excellent communication skills—you’ll liaise with clients, suppliers and design teams, • Outstanding organisational skills: contracts, RFIs, cost reports, site reports—you’ve got it covered, • A collaborative and forward-thinking attitude with an eye on commercial growth What We Offer • A senior role within an ambitious, supportive team, • A unique opportunity to shape a growing part of the business and use your drive and skills to shape your future, • Opportunities for career development and long-term reward, • A portfolio of beautiful, design-led projects in some of the UK’s most prestigious settings
