In this role, you will work under the supervision of experienced HVAC technicians to learn the trade and assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to gain hands-on experience and build a long-term career in the HVAC industry. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial HVAC systems Learn to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals Help with inspecting HVAC systems and components to identify issues and ensure functionality Carry tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites Keep job sites clean and organized Follow all safety procedures and protocols while on the job Attend training sessions or classes as required to improve technical knowledge Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times Perform other duties as assigned by the lead technician or supervisor Qualifications: Enrollment in (or willingness to enroll in) an accredited HVAC training program preferred Valid driver’s license Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Excellent communication and customer service skills Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of tools Must be punctual, dependable, and team-oriented

Due to continued expansion, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Scheduler / Contracts Manager to join our professional and friendly control team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in the drainage, plumbing, or construction industry, who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and is looking for long-term career progression.
