What you'll be doing As our Site Manager, youll oversee the day-to-day running of the site, managing gangs and subcontractors while ensuring all safety procedures are followed. This includes delivering briefings, ensuring RAMS are adhered to, and confirming permits and PTWs are in place. Youll also be responsible for maintaining the quality of works by completing checks, closing out snags, and ensuring all standards are met. Daily records such as the site diary, photos, inspections, and permits must be accurately maintained. Youll play a key role in keeping production moving by planning upcoming activities and maintaining a strong look-ahead. Any issue that could stop work, cause an incident, or delay the programme must be escalated the same day, including permit or traffic management problems, missing materials, utility conflicts, welfare concerns, or quality issues.
