Production Section Manager - Health Drinks Brand (£55-£60k) 💼 ABOUT THE ROLE EXALT is ready for its next chapter - and you’ll be the one writing the playbook. With a shiny new production facility in Wood Green that’s six times the size of our current site, we need a Senior Production Manager who can keep pace with our growth and bring the sparkle to our systems. This isn’t about babysitting blenders or ticking HACCP boxes (though you’ll nail those too) - it’s about building and leading a production powerhouse. Think: processes sharper than our ginger shots, standards higher than our protein count, and a culture as fresh as our juices. You’ll be working side-by-side with our co-founders, Charlie and Dan, in a role that’s part strategist, part leader, and part magician. From day one, you’ll be driving standards, inspiring your team, and turning organised chaos into efficiency - all while keeping EXALT’s signature mix of innovation, quality, and fun. 🧃 ABOUT EXALT Started in 2019 by our co-founders who couldn't stand another bland protein shake, EXALT went from an idea to filling the shelves at Selfridges, Ocado, Planet Organic and Peloton. We've even scored partnerships with big names like Nike, Represent, Gymshark & Lululemon. Oh, and let's not forget, we're the Official Sports Nutrition Drink Supplier to Tottenham Hotspur & Brighton (in total, we supply 35% of the Premier League teams behind the scenes). Squad goals, honey! 😎 ABOUT YOU / KEY AREAS • 2+ years’ experience in food or drink production management, • 5yrs+ experience in food or drink industry, • Proven ability to lead & grow a production team (~5 people), ensuring recipes, SOPs, and QA checks are followed precisely., • Experience of food safety standards (SALSA/BRC), start up / closing checks with accurate record keeping and compliance., • Sharp attention to detail & organisation, with the ability to stay calm and decisive in a fast-paced environment., • A great palate & understanding of flavour balance to support QC tasting., • Experience in production planning, stock forecasting, and scheduling., • Passion for health, fitness, and nutrition, with the drive to grow into a leadership role shaping EXALT’s operations., • Brings start-up spirit & flexibility, ready to jump in wherever needed. ⏰ WORK PATTERN Join us, and you're signing up for more than just a job; you're grabbing a stake in the business with sizeable share options.
