IT Project Engineer – £35,000 to £50,000 – Eastleigh Are you an experienced IT Project Engineer looking to take ownership of varied, high-impact technical projects? The Role As an IT Project Engineer, you will lead the delivery of technical projects for a wide range of clients. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, plan and implement solutions, and ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be trusted to drive technical change across customer environments. Key Responsibilities • Deliver end-to-end IT infrastructure and cloud projects for SME and mid-market clients, • Deploy and configure Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and server technologies, • Migrate systems, applications, and data across platforms, • Produce project documentation, scopes of work, and technical designs, • Work collaboratively with the service desk and technical consultants, • Act as a technical escalation point when required Technical Skills Desired • Strong background in an MSP or multi-customer environment, • Microsoft 365 administration and migration experience, • Azure AD, Intune, and cloud service deployment, • Windows Server, Hyper-V/VMware, • Networking (Firewalls, VLANs, VPNs), • Backup, DR, and security solutions What’s on Offer • Salary: £35,000 – £50,000, depending on experience, • Clear progression pathways into Senior Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Consultancy, • Funded training & certifications, • A supportive, collaborative environment with exposure to cutting-edge technologies Location This role is based in Eastleigh, with some flexibility to work remotely and visit client sites when required.
